The collective background spans G-SIB institutional banking to founder-owned and operated businesses, and includes direct operating leadership and capital allocation across banking, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, distribution, and economic analysis.
The work is grounded in both sides of the table. Senior analytical and risk leadership at enterprise scale. Direct operating roles deploying institutional capital and running businesses end-to-end. Deep familiarity with how transactions, valuations, capital decisions, and inflection points actually play out in middle-market companies.
Credentials across the team reflect deep specialization in analytical, transactional, and capital advisory work. The firm is independent and analytically rigorous by design.

Experience breadth spans the full range of the financial and operational landscape: from working within a G-SIB (the 3rd largest bank in the world) to advising small and medium-sized businesses; and across brokerages, institutional and regional banks, manufacturing, engineering, retail, economics, healthcare, and consultancy.
This breadth is not incidental — it is the source of HRLQ's pattern recognition capability. The ability to see how a macro shift translates into a credit risk for a community bank, a procurement decision for a manufacturer, and a capital allocation question for a private investor requires having operated in all three contexts.
